Red Sift OnDMARC ranked #1 in EMEA and Europe for DMARC in G2’s Spring 2025 Report

G2’s Spring 2025 Report is here, and we’ve got some exciting news to share! Red Sift OnDMARC has been named the #1-rated DMARC solution in both EMEA and Europe, and that’s just the start.

We also took the #1 spot in the Mid-Market Results Index and Mid-Market Usability Index, and were featured in 18 different reports across the DMARC category. On top of that, we were named a Leader in the DMARC category overall for the sixth consecutive quarter.

All of this recognition is based entirely on customer reviews, so a huge thank you to everyone who shared their experience.

In this post, we’ll take a look at how G2 rankings are calculated, what they say about the value of OnDMARC, and most importantly, what customers had to say.

What does it mean to be #1?

G2 rankings are based on real customer reviews, factoring in both satisfaction scores and market presence. So when Red Sift OnDMARC is named a top-rated solution, it reflects not just how many customers trust us, but how strongly they feel about the experience, from product value to support and ease of use.

How does G2 define DMARC?

DMARC solutions ensure that emails sent from company domains are legitimate, helping to prevent email spoofing, phishing, and business email compromises.

To qualify for inclusion in the DMARC category, a product must:

  • Contain up-to-date knowledge of SPF and DKIM alignment standards
  • Scan emails or email accounts for DMARC compliance
  • Assist with the configuration of company sending sources for DMARC-compliant sending
  • Offer tools or integrate with tools that block fraudulent emails from being sent using registered domain names

A few of the reviews we’ve received this Spring

We could go on about the rankings, but it’s better to hear it straight from the people using Red Sift day in and day out. Here’s what a few reviewers shared this spring:

“Red Sift OnDMARC provides rock-solid protection for our email security and brand. The support engineers, access to support, customer success managers and the whole setup—in my experience dealing with vendors for over 20 years—these are by far the best I’ve ever worked with. Perhaps they undersell themselves, and how good they are!” (quote has been edited for clarity)

— John K., IT Manager, Mid-Market (51–1,000 employees)

“OnDMARC is a great product. We’ve been able to manage our SPF records with ease and get over the 10 SPF record limit. Trying to manually adjust SPF records was tedious. This allowed us to combine all our authorized senders into one dynamic include, so we don’t have to worry about SPF breaking. Our emails are now getting delivered properly, and we don’t have to constantly mess with DNS records. It’s a set-it-and-forget-it tool, and we’re very happy with the service provided.”

— Selvin A., IT System Administrator, Enterprise(> 1000 emp.)

“The vendor support is fantastic. Having used another competing solution in the past, I can assure you that the service is easier to use for the busy professional than most others. The implementation was a dream thanks to their excellent staff.”

— Verified User in Higher Education, Mid-Market (51–1,000 employees)
